The Capitol in Springfield Illinois
It was just announced today that Springfield’s population has topped 120,000 in the SJ-R. Congratulations to the fine city of Springfield on its continued growth and prosperity, we’ve now passed Peoria in population and fall behind only Chicago and Rockford in Illinois (well, and several Chicago suburbs, but they don’t count in my mind, that’s still Chicago).

It is what it is, my thoughts on things of interest to me. This is a personal journal and hobby. I hope you enjoy or find some amusement here.
