They have a great spicy white cheese sauce (in addition to the milder yellow), which when combined with the buffalo chicken (or even better, the buffalo pork tenderloin), is one of the best around. Best horseshoe cheese I've ever had and I grew up in the land of horseshoes. Of course I haven't tried D'Arcy's yet... it seems I must according to popular opinion but they are always way too busy!!!
